What do I need to do to continue service?

We understand the importance of a smooth transition and will do everything possible to make it seamless. We will continue to treat you as a valued customer, and we have already received your customer information from Dampier.

However, to ensure our records are current, confirm that the information we have received is accurate. Let us know whether you want to receive electronic invoices or opt for auto-pay services. Alternatively, if you prefer receiving invoices by mail or paying by mail, let us know, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

If you have any questions or concerns, call us at (386) 454-0929 from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You can also email us at Dampier@portaserve.com. We have created this email address for the exclusive use of our transitioned customers.

What day will my weekly service occur?

Whenever possible, we design our routes to service each site on the same day each week. You should expect a regular pattern of service this way.

What areas does Porta Serve cover?

Our coverage area ranges from the Georgia border to some parts of Williston. In the east, it extends from Macclenny to Hawthorne and west to Madison.

Will my prices increase?

Most likely. We should be able to maintain the same rates Dampier charged until our June 18 billing. However, after this, what we charge will be adjusted based on our current market rates.

Our pricing reflects the cost of regular, high-quality sanitation services at your location. It includes the use of well-maintained equipment operated by our valued employees. We believe this is fair and reasonable. Porta Serve is committed to providing customers exceptional service at a competitive price.

Why 28-day cycles?

Using a 28-day billing cycle allows both customers and Porta Serve to understand costs on a weekly basis. This 28-day cycle reflects weekly service for all 52 weeks of the year. It simplifies adjustments for jobs that are collected or started mid-cycle. Except for the first invoice for any job, our invoices go out the same 13 days each year. These are:

  • January 1
  • January 29
  • February 26
  • March 26
  • April 23
  • May 21
  • June 18
  • July 16
  • August 13
  • September 10
  • October 8
  • November 5
  • December 3

Will my toilets be changed?

Florida DEP requires that our units display our company name. We will switch our older units with newer ones as we are able.

What other services do you offer?

We can provide hand washing stations, holding tanks and water services for office trailers parked for long periods. We are exceptional at providing sanitation services for events hosting up to 30,000 people.

Do I have to use you now that Dampier is no longer servicing us?

Our goal is to provide exceptional service that ensures a dignified experience for workers and the public. This, in turn, increases their satisfaction at your site or event. There are other quality providers, and you are welcome to do business with any company that best fits your needs and priorities. But we hope you will stick with us.
