What are your portable sanitation needs?
How we match needs to solutions
The average person usually has no way of knowing exactly what he or she will need in terms of portable sanitation solutions. This is unfortunate because, if you order an inadequate number of units, or the wrong kind of units, you risk having long lines and dissatisfied customers or staff. Conversely, if you order more units than you need, you end up spending money you didn’t have to.
The good news is these are not issues you have to worry about. Porta Serve has proven ways in which we match our customers’ needs to the right solutions.
- Based on statistical data from the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI), we can project the number of units that will best meet your needs, based on expected volume and use.
- We augment this data with our own, very considerable experience. Seemingly similar events, with an identical number of attendees, can actually require very different solutions, based on the activities that will be taking place. For example, serving beer? Expect more frequent trips to the restroom. Knowing these things ahead of time can greatly increase customer and staff satisfaction.
At Porta Serve, our goal is to exceed your expectations. To do so, we use knowledge, experience and a dedication to quality. Just ask any of our customers.
Get ready
Here are some things you will want to make note of before giving us a call:
- Dates: When are the first and last days you will need to have portable sanitation on site?
- Volume: What is the maximum number of people you will have on site who may need access to portable restrooms? Will this vary by day or time? For example, will it be greater on weekends than on weekdays, or vice versa?
- Activity: What will the people who will be using the facilities be doing? For example, workers will have different needs than concert goers — especially if eating and drinking will be involved. People camping on site will make greater demands on facilities than those just coming for a few hours.
- Special needs: Do you anticipate a need for handicapped-accessible units (a must at most public events). Will there be kids in attendance? Will there be a disproportionate number of men or women?
The more information you can provide, the better we can help meet your needs.
